What a great time to be on the Emerald Coast of Florida! Fall is here and that means lots of events are happening now that the busy tourist season is over. From the Destin Fishing Rodeo, to the over the top Halloween Party at Caliza in Alys Beach, there is something going on everywhere you look. There was also a Halloweenie contest in Seaside Square last weekend. Only on 30A, lol. Coming up the first weekend in November is the first Watercolor Harvest Wine and Food Festival, which is sure to be a hit. Also the first weekend in November is the Telluride Mountain Film Festival in Watercolor, which is a much anticipated annual event. If you are in the market for a home, we can actually get you in to see the properties which stay booked in the busy summer months.
